Commission TOS

By commissioning me you agree to the TOSGeneral
- I have the right to reject a commission if I am uncomfortable.
- Disrespectful behaviour will result in a cancellation or refusal.
- Final images can be sent through email or google drive.Payment and refunds
- Prices will be in USD and can be paid through paypal invoice or ko-fi link (both will be provided by me)
- Payment is due upfront
- If client is uncontactable for 2 weeks, I will cancel the order and issue a refund
- Refunds will not be issued after final image approvalProcess
- Please allocate me 2-4 weeks to complete your order
-Art resolution will be 1080X1920, 300dpi or slightly larger or smaller depending on the artwork (cropped to fit the art)
- Only 1 complete revision allowed during the sketch stage
- Updates will be given through dmsRevisions
- ONE major revision(only during sketch phase) and multiple minor revisions (throughout entire commision) are allowed.
- Additional major revisions will incur additonal feesCopyright and Usage
- All final works are for personal use. Use for AI/NFT/Crypto is not allowed.
-I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. Do let me know if you would like to keep it private.
- Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.Thank you!
